| On August 26th, the Lower Merion boys soccer team hosted the Delco Special Olympics group for a special soccer practice. The Delco Special Olympics group, coached by former Lower Merion coach, Mr. Bob Davidson, came an practiced with the current Lower Merion boys soccer team on the turf. The Lower Merion team after themselves finishing a practice preparing for the 1st scrimmage of the 2009 school year, helped the Delco Special Olympics group run through drills, small sided games, goalkeeper training, and a full field scrimmage. The Delco team enjoyed their hard practice with the Lower Merion team, and the LM team was happy to be able to help such devoted athletes.
