Soccer 101: Yes it is a foul when you knock someones legs from behind.

As you can CLEARLY see, the goalies
outstretched arms towards the ball,
and good goalkeeper form protecting
himself with the knee up, show that
everyone was clearly wrong in thinking
this should have been a PK. If the GK
had not tried to make an attempt for
the ball and instead tucked both arms
in and straight shoulder tackled Hriscu,
then maybe LM fans would be right in
thinking this was a foul....ohh..wait,
maybe I have that backwards....
